I base my sculpting workout on working upper & lower body together, back to back, for maximum fat burn. I teach my clients proper technique, tempo & breath control on their movements. These small details will give you greater results over a shorter period of time. "Strong is the New skinny".

I also guide my clients on proper nutrition & supplementation to nutrient and fuel a healthy lean body. If you are not consuming the right nutrients, you aren't going to build strong, lean muscles. Explosive Training

This system consists of high intensity-short duration resistance training that produces results like nothing else in such a short period of time.
